picture: my book (and my sando)

My good friend Reuel brought my five free copies of Basta LoveLife to worship Thursday night (part of the normal perks of CSM authors). My humble manuscript has been transformed into a beautiful, 160-page book. I could not be happier with the way it turned out.

It is still hard to believe this dream has become a reality.

To God be the glory!

(for my non-Filipino readers, “sando” simply refers to an undershirt, the kind I’m wearing in the picture).

Interview in The FEU Advocate

A while back I was interviewed by a member of The Advocate, FEU’s school paper. The interview was part of an article that was published in the latest edition. You can read the article here.

Special thanks to The Advocate for writing this article and allowing me to be a part of it. I pray that it will help many students.

Please note that the author (Edgar Guevara) uses several sources of information and opinions for this article. I stand by all of my quotes (he did quote me accurately), but read carefully and don’t confuse my view of spirituality with his (I’m referring to the paragraph entitled Recovery Room, where he writes “it doesn’t have to be Christ . . .”). Edgar is a bright, polite, articulate young man (and a talented writer), but I disagree with him on that particular sentence.
