Ministrywatch.com’s Best and Worst for 2008

Ministrywatch.com is a website which helps Christians make informed decisions about giving.  I greatly appreciate what they do.  They’ve released their Top 30 Shining Lights and Donor Alert lists for 2008.

The Top 30, also known as “Shining Lights,” have an exemplary record for transparency.  The Donor Alert organizations have the opposite (lack of transparency in how their donations are used).

A New Look for KuyaKevin.com

I’m reconstructing the website once again.  I actually like the old color scheme a little better, but this new theme is easier to work with in term of tabs, widgets, etc.

The old theme also gave me a few problems with pictures–centered images didn’t work unless I wrote a line of text first.  I tried to go back and correct some of the pictures, but correcting all of them would be a real pain.

The deconstruction/construction has gone smoothly, thanks to lesson’s I’ve learned from previous reconstructions.

I’ll still tweak a few things, such as fonts and colors.  That will require messing with the html code–I don’t like having to do that, but some blogger themes require it.

Let me know what you think of the changes.

By the way, you’ll also notice that you can once again directly email my articles from the blog.  Just use the icon that looks like this:
