I mentioned Thursday’s “mystery illness.”  Here’s the strange thing–it left as suddenly as it came.  Wednesday night I made a few pre workout preparations and was back in the gym.   Friday morning I was OK again–I didn’t try to go to campus, but I was at 80% strength again.  Weather, weather lang.
