Video/Pictures: Fire in Quiapo/Ubelt

These shots were taken from the rooftop of my apartment building. When I heard about the fire I rushed upstairs to make sure my friends’ apartment building was not in danger. The last few seconds of the video show the fire’s intensity. I pray no one was hurt–looks like the building was completely consumed. All the firemen could do was attempt to contain it.

A few still shots:

  1. i’ve never been to Quiapo, Kev. At least I got to see it from a building’s rooftop.

    Hope no one was hurt.

  2. Oh, this explains the firetrucks we’ve encountered along Taft Avenue earlier, probably around 2pm?

The firemen have their hands full with this one and the one in Baclaran.

    Hopefully no one’s been injured

  3. Yes, I just uploaded it to youtube then copied/pasted it here. There may be a better way to do it, but youtube is a very simple way.
