Happy Mother’s Day!

Just wanted to say Happy Mothers Day to all the moms out there!

We could find many examples of strong mothers in the Bible, but I’ll invite your attention to the Second Book of Timothy.  Timothy was Paul’s “spiritual son”–Paul saw his dedication to Christ and mentored him.  Paul noted that Timothy’s faith was influenced by two generations of women:
 
I remember your genuine faith, for you share the faith that first filled your grandmother Lois and your mother, Eunice. And I know that same faith continues strong in you.
 -2nd Timothy 1:5
