I have written a review of John “Roman” Romaniello’s new workout for losing fat.  This 12-week program may be helpful for intermediate/advanced trainees looking to break through fat loss plateaus and/or add some new variety to their training.  Just remember that getting your diet in order is always crucial for fat loss–you can’t “out train” a bad diet.
